SHIPPING POLICY
DG Custom Graphics team is dedicated to quickly and accurately shipping every order, most ship within 3-4 business days, Please allow additional time for sipping carrier to deliver.
Our cut and printed vinyl decals are ALL custom made for you, when you order! Because of this process, all kits require extra time to manufacture and package for shipping, If for some reason your order will not ship within the expected time frame you will be contacted immediately by us with an estimated ship date. Of course you have the option of canceling your order if you prefer not to wait.
Remember – we pride ourselves in providing excellent customer service and always keep customers informed regarding order status. This is how we’ve created such a loyal customer base.
Shipping Carriers: All orders are shipped via USPS
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns & Exchanges: In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied, and all options have been explored, you can return any " non custom"product for a refund. Returned vinyl must be in clean, unused, original condition and packed in the manufacturer’s original packaging, and received by DG Custom Graphics within 30 days of purchase date. No returns will be accepted 30 days after purchase date, No Exceptions. We will inspect all items before a refund is issued. - All returns must be pre-approved with return authorization number before return or exchange is made - no exceptions.
- All returns are subject to 15% restock fee. Return lables are not provided by DG Custom Graphics - Buyer is to cover all shipping / return fees.
- DG Custom Graphics does not accept returns on special order items or drop shipments, No Exceptions
- Non approved returns will be refused by DG Custom Graphics
